7th + main

This 12-unit housing complex is located at the entrance to Aspen and is divided into 3 differing structures. The massing, color and imagery respond to the contextual rhythm and historic houses along Main Street. The corner building being the tallest identifies where Main Street begins and the rear units are ‘alley’ buildings that double as garages. The units vary from 1-3 bedrooms and have decks, abundant natural light and large storage spaces in the basement.
