Chaffee Public Safety Complex

This is a preliminary design concept for construction of a Public Safety Complex for Chaffee County. This approach permits maximum flexibility in the efficient use of the site. The activity from the fire apparatus bays & ambulance bays occur in the courtyard pad oriented toward County Road 306 and away from the neighbors on Raymond Lee Drive. This two-story scheme reduces the building footprint on the site and creates a more civic presence for this community facility.
