West Vail Affordable Housing

Multiple site strategies, unit mixes, and construction techniques have been explored for the Town of Vail to develop the Chamonix Site in West Vail. Site options have been presented to the Town that optimize the site for housing while creating a strong sense of community for the future residents. Green building techniques and off-site construction are all important features to the designs, making the homes affordable to purchase and to operate and maintain for years to come. Three-dimensional modeling has been utilized to help convey the massing and densities to the neighbors, stakeholders, and Town Council.
