Bailey Residence

"We didn't just build a home, it's a giant piece of art in the spirit of a barn" – Brian Bailey

The Bailey Residence is a project that requested to be a modern interpretation of the Colorado ranch/barn vernacular. Located within the confines of a country club setting with strict design guidelines and the client's own budgetary constraints, the project proved to be a true challenge.
