Holtz Residence

The clients, avid art collectors, requested an intelligent solution that is poised within a rural landscape situated between a vibrant foreground and dramatic vistas near Snowmass, Colorado. The exterior ‘skin’ is set free from an exposed structural steel frame allowing the glass exterior to breathe and function. Concrete, glass, hydraulic doors and a vertical louver system compose the exterior materials.
