Burlingame Ranch

Burlingame Ranch is designed to accommodate the ever-changing and evolving needs of a diverse community, both now and for the future. The ‘ranch’ enjoys a mixture of housing types, community amenities, live-work opportunities, workspaces, parks, gardens and pathways along with spaces that can evolve based on the inhabitant’s changing needs.

This is accomplished through flexible architectural plan and elevation options, modular parts and components, and the ability to ‘add’ another unit should the individual situation change. The architectural character and inspiration is derived from common agricultural and ranch typologies where buildings and compounds evolved over a time of accretion.
