Courtyard Residence

The Courtyard Residence consists of a main house, guest cottage, and renovated historic house that currently resides on the property. Bound by street thoroughfares on three sides of the property, the site lies at the edge of Aspen's East End. The architecture envelops a private courtyard and provides access to the project's focus while enjoying ample daylight and views to Aspen Mountain.
